The first step is a free , no pressure meeting with us. We know NDIS can feel scary and confusing. Many people worry about saying the wrong thing, not getting the right support or feeling judged. In this meeting, we take all that stress away.
We sit with you, listen to your story and learn what has been hard for you or your loved one. We discuss about your daily challenges, your worries and what you hope life can look like in the future.

After your support needs assessment, we create a plan that truly fits you. We know many people have had bad or confusing NDIS experiences in the past and it can make you feel unsure or worried. That’s why we take the time to listen and work with you closely, so your plan fits right for your life.
Together, we build a personalised service plan that shows what supports you will receive, how often you’ll get them and how they will help with your daily challenges. If you need other health professionals or services involved, we help you find and connect with them, so your supported every step of the way.

Once your service plan is ready, we start giving you the support you need. We know many people worry that services won’t show up, won’t listen, or won’t understand their routines.
